At So Acupuncture, we combine over 3,000 years of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern diagnostics and clinical research to address the root causes of health concerns, not just the symptoms. We empower patients to take an active role in their wellness through acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle guidance. Everyone deserves access to quality care, so we make Integrative Chinese Medicine approachable and affordable through our Direct Access Primary Care model, Community Acupuncture sessions, and personalized private treatments.
We value your time, the time of all patients, and our staff. To ensure smooth operations and fairness, we maintain clear policies regarding appointments, payments, cancellations, and more.
Booking & Payment
Online bookings are prepaid via Stripe (major debit/credit cards accepted; includes standard transaction fees).
In-person payments accepted after your appointment: cash, check (no fees), or credit/debit (small processing fee).
To provide the best personalized care, all new patients complete Pre-Visit Intake Forms (Parts A & B) at least 24 hours before their first appointment. These forms collect important health history, lifestyle information, and treatment goals, helping Dr. So tailor each session to your unique needs.
How to access your forms:
After booking your first appointment, you will receive a Welcome Email with a secure link to complete your pre-visit intake forms. If you don’t receive it, please contact us at contact@soacupuncture.com or call/text (951) 268-0208, and we’ll resend the forms promptly.
Note: Intake forms are only provided to confirmed patients to ensure privacy and accurate care.
